For serious traders TradeStation is a broker designed specifically for the tech-hungry, seasoned trader who trades actively, can meet the monthly minimums, and is serious about his or her craft.

Platform is great for active traders Get access to an excellent platform for serious and active traders, that was previously only available to brokers.

Just meet the monthly minimum and you're good I highly recommend TradeStation as long as you can meet their monthly minimum trading activity so you don’t get hit with the fee but if you’re serious about your trading and are looking for a new broker, then you really should check these guys out.

Best for those who look for accurate and fast trade If cost isn’t a factor, TradeStation is an ideal choice for active investors (in stocks, options, futures and forex) seeking a professional-grade trading platform, top-notch research and access to a robust suite of tools. The 30-year-old firm has been catering to brokers, hedge funds and institutional investors who are sticklers for accuracy, fast trade execution and the ability to customize charting tools to the nth degree. Now small investors get the same level of service as the pros — and for basically the same price.

Not for buy and hold investors I think for the right investor, TradeStation can be a great option to look at for your investing needs. If you’re a buy and hold investor, you’ll likely be better served by looking elsewhere for your investment needs. I don’t like the fees, as who really likes paying fees, but the major one will not be charged if you trade at a certain level.
